yoni bath soak is for your flower. What you do is take 8 cups of water and the pack I have put together, bring it to a boil, allow it to steep for 10 minutes, pour in 1/4 cup of witch hazel and mix . Pour half of the mixture in a bowl that is in your toilet, remove your underwear and sit on the seat and drape a blanket around you and sit for 10-12 minutes, and then repeat with the rest of the mixture. If it cooled down too much you can reheat. Always make sure the steam isn’t too hot to burn you. You have to wait for baby to be born. It’s recommended to do once a month and after intercourse but not on your cycle. The benefits help with cleansing, balancing your pH, helps regulate periods, lightens flow and dark colored blood.
